Milk shondesh/ Borfi
Shondesh/Burfi is one of those sweets which is loved by everyone and makes for a great sweet during festive occasions.
How to make it?
Ingredients:
Chana from 3 litres milk
Flour 1/3 cup
Sugar 1 cup (as you like to add)
Liquid milk 1/4
Milk powder - 1.5 cups
Elachi powder from 3/4 pods
Unsalted butter or ghee - 3 tablespoon
Procedure:
Take a pan. Add 1 tbsn ghee/ butter, flour and stir it 3/4 min in low flame untill the flour change the colour. Add milk powder, sugar, Elachi powder and cook it for 2/3 min in medium low flame.
Add milk and chana and cook it nonstop. Add more ghee.
When it becomes slightly thick, take down from the stove, pour into a greased plate and cut into square or diamond shapes.
